Our online printing services include convenient list processing, addressing and mailing options. 

Price quotes include processing the file one time and assumes the list meets all applicable postal service requirements and proper formatting conventions. 

Additional charges will apply to add names, reformat the file, add new lists, etc. We will contact you for approval before any charges are incurred. 

Variable Data Addressing:

• Variable print name and address on your mail pieces
• Bulk-shipped to you
• You affix your postage and delivery to your post office
• List Processing will include Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification and National Change of Address (NCOA)

Full Mailing Services with Our Permit:

• We mail your project
• Our permit information will be on the mail piece.
• Mailing will mail from the post office in Garden City, NY
• You include CASS certification and NCOA

First Class Mailing:

• Mailings with 500 pieces or more are required to mail at First Class discount rates
• Mailings with fewer than 500 pieces will mail at full First Class rates
• Usually delivers within 2-5 days
• Postage not included

Standard Mailing:

• Mailings with 200 pieces or more are required to mail at Standard rates
• Mailings with fewer than 200 pieces will need to mail First Class
• Usually delivers within 4-14 days
• Postage not included

Non-Profit Mailing:

• You must provide us your Nonprofit Authorization Number and CRID (obtained directly from USPS)
• Mailings with 200 pieces or more are required to mail at Standard rates
• Mailings with fewer than 200 pieces will need to mail First Class
• Usually delivers within 4-14 days
• Postage not included 

Delivery Times:

• Based on USPS estimates once your mail has been delivered to the post office
• Account for time to process and print your order 
• Delivery times are estimates only 
• We are not responsible for final in-home delivery dates
• Once your mailing has been delivered to the Postal Service, we can not impact delivery
• No refunds for postage are possible

Sequence Numbers: 

• We’ll add an identifying sequence number for your variable data job in a 5pt font 
• It’ll be placed in an unobtrusive area in black ink, unless directed otherwise
• For single-sided printing, we’ll add the number to the unprinted side at our cost
• For double-sided printing, we’ll hide the number within the provided art
• For Full Mailing Services, the number will be in the Optional Endorsement Line (OEL) in the address block: 1 *************AUTO**3-DIGIT 553 
• If we’re not using OEL, we’ll place the number in a 5pt font in black ink in an unobtrusive area
