RushPrintNYC is a trade name of Tri Star Graphics Inc. ("RushPrintNYC," "we," "us"), located in Hempstead, New York. This policy explains what information we collect when you use rushprintnyc.com, call or text us, or place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), artwork and files you upload, mailing addresses and lists you provide for a mailing, and anything you tell us by phone, text, email or web form.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, referring pages and ad clicks, collected through cookies and similar tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and session-recording/heatmap tools.
- Call and text records: if you call or text us, we keep the number you used, the date and time, and may record calls for quality and training. You will be told at the start of a call if it is being recorded. Some calls may be answered by an automated AI assistant; you will be told when that is the case and can ask for a person at any time.
How we use it
- To quote, produce, print, mail and ship your orders and to send proofs, order updates and invoices.
- To answer your questions and follow up on quotes you asked for.
- To improve the website, our products and our customer service.
- To measure advertising and understand how people find and use the site.
- To send marketing emails or texts only if you have opted in; you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you order updates, proofs, pricing links you asked for, appointment reminders and, if you separately agree, occasional offers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers that help us send the messages (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business: payment processing, website hosting and the storefront platform, email and text messaging, phone and call handling (including our AI phone assistant), analytics and advertising measurement, shipping carriers and the United States Postal Service.
- Mailing data: addresses and lists you supply for a mailing are used only to produce and mail that job. We do not sell, rent or reuse your mailing lists.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights or safety.

Files you upload are stored to produce your order and kept so you can reorder. We do not use your artwork for anything other than your job without your permission.

We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
